Can I place an order over the telephone?
Absolutely. We understand that some members prefer a more personal approach. Please email centurion@averyswinecollection.com with your contact details, and a member of our team will be in touch at your convenience to assist you with your order.
How do I pay?
All transactions are processed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of all applicable duties, taxes, and delivery charges.
We accept American Express exclusively, in keeping with the bespoke nature of this service for Centurion members.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order has been confirmed, changes may not always be possible due to the nature of international wine logistics. However, we will always do our utmost to accommodate your request.

Where is my order?
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. If your order appears delayed or you would like an update, please email centurion@averyswinecollection.com with your order number. A member of our team will respond promptly with a detailed update.
Where do you deliver?
We currently offer delivery to the following countries via a Personal Import Solution, whereby goods are exported from the United Kingdom and imported into the consumer’s country. A trusted third party designated as the consumer’s customs agent will manage the import process and related customs clearance. A flat fee will be charged to cover delivery and all applicable VAT, taxes, and duties required by the consumer’s jurisdiction.

All orders are fulfilled from our temperature-controlled facility in the UK and transacted in GBP (£). We are actively expanding our delivery network, and Centurion Living Wine will notify you directly as new destinations become available.
